Andrea Millani

Tax Partner

Andrea graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Genoa in 2004.  In 2007 he obtained a first-level Master’s degree in domestic taxation at Infor training school. In 2016 he also obtained a master’s degree in international taxation at Il Sole24ore Business School.

He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Experts in Milan and has been registered as an Auditor since 2010.

He joined the Tognolo Tax Advisory Firm in 2007.

He has gained extensive and solid experience assisting multinational groups in both domestic and international taxation, primarily in the following areas:

  • Transfer Pricing;
  • Advance Pricing Agreements;
  • Patent Box;
  • Bilateral Treaties;
  • Permanent Establishment;
  • Rulings;
  • Assistance during tax audits in Italy and abroad, agreements with tax authorities, and domestic litigation.

Andrea has developed his professional experience in various industrial sectors, including automotive, chemical, fashion and luxury, pharmaceuticals, education, oil, and consumer goods.

He holds the position of statutory auditor in several joint-stock companies, as stipulated by Article 2403 of the Italian Civil Code.

He is an active member of the International Taxation Commission within the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and member of I.F.A. (International Fiscal Association). Andrea frequently speaks at conferences on direct and indirect taxes, as well as Transfer Pricing.
